Meet a Member

Sacred Heart Benedictine Foundation is a rural community of Catholic Benedictine women in western North Dakota who strive to practice, personify and promulgate values of prayer, hospitality, respect for persons, moderation, community, service and environmental stewardship in their daily lives. The monastery disseminates these values throughout the region by offering spiritually-based workshops, hosting group and individual retreats and programs, fostering religious vocations to the monastic life, and working and living in various communities in the region.
