The Midwestern Higher Education Compact (MHEC) computer hardware and other technology purchasing program is available to education-related nonprofits. MHEC undertakes the time and expense of the RFP process, thereby freeing entities of this burden, knowing due diligence in selecting the vendor has already been done.
