NDANO Public Policy Plan

NDANO’s Public Policy Advisory Committee has drafted a legislative agenda for consideration and approval by the NDANO Board of Directors in June. The committee invites your input on the draft agenda, which outlines the long-term legislative focus of NDANO’s public policy work. Please provide comments via email by May 23.

State Level Public Policy

When the ND Legislature is in session, NDANO tracks bills of interest to the entire North Dakota nonprofit sector and distributes weekly e-updates on legislative action.

NDANO works with the National Council of Nonprofit Associations and the state association network to monitor federal legislative issues and distributes periodic e-updates.
