Join a group of 6-12 Community Leaders for a training and networking opportunity that will support you to become a more effective supervisor. The Supervisor Roundtable kicks off on March 26. This interactive and collaborative series of meetings will encourage participants to explore new leadership styles and share best practices as they learn to improve management of staff/volunteer teams. For further growth and individualized training, participants are encouraged to register for one-on-one Professional Coaching.

Enrollment limited to 12. Audio/visual participation strongly encouraged. All sessions will be recorded and the recordings will be available to all registered participants. Participants who are unable to attend one or more of the sessions will still have access to all course materials.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
Mike Beebe believes that leadership developed today can make way for a more just tomorrow. For over 25 years, he has facilitated growth in nonprofit, public and private sector, working with thousands of individuals, groups and organizations to build leadership for a more equitable world.

Mike provides skill-building and leadership development training in areas such as meeting and group facilitation, supervision, as well as diversity, equity and inclusion through F.A.C.E. Consulting Collaborative, a team he launched in 2013 with four other facilitators to build safe learning spaces for change and equity in community. As a Certified Technology of Participation (ToP) Facilitator, he also provides facilitation services and individual professional coaching.
