 own at a remarkable pace. Social media has become part of the communicatio
 n toolbox and organizations are now looking to go beyond a “presence” and 
 gain value from their efforts.\n \nOf all the social spaces\, Facebook con
 sistently ranks as the most used platform and the place where people would
  most like to connect with organizations. Having won the battle of having 
 a Facebook page\, organizations are now struggling with what to do to attr
 act more fans\, generate conversations and get their social community more
  involved with the organization.\n \nThis program will dig deeper into how
  nonprofits are using Facebook to better connect with their communities. W
 e will look at what organizations are doing well and discuss the opportuni
 ties and challenges in turning Facebook from an experiment into a high per
 forming communication tool.\n
