 >Cohort Facilitators</b>\n\nChristopher Johnson\, PhD\, MSW\, LCSW has bee
 n the chief executive officer of the Rape and Abuse Crisis Center (RACC) s
 ince January 2014. Johnson earned a bachelor’s of social work degree from 
 Minnesota State University Moorhead\, a master’s of social work degree fro
 m the University of Minnesota and a doctor of philosophy in education with
  a focus on institutional analysis from North Dakota State University. Pri
 or to taking the helm at RACC\, he held multiple direct practice and admin
 istrative roles focusing on case management\, group facilitation\, program
  evaluation/development and organizational leadership within various human
  service organizations. Johnson has devoted time to teaching undergraduate
  courses\, presenting to various stakeholder groups and serving on multipl
 e committees focused on promoting safe and healthy communities. He has ext
 ensive experience providing and evaluating trauma-informed programming wit
 h at-risk and homeless youth and currently serves on the board of director
 s of Council on Abused Women’s Services (CAWS). Chris lives in Fargo with 
 his wife\, Ashley\, and their children\, Alexandra and Carter.\n\nDana Sch
 aar Jahner is the executive director of the North Dakota Association of No
 nprofit Organizations (NDANO). Prior to working with NDANO and other state
 wide associations\, she was employed in the museum field in education and 
 administration. She has a bachelor’s degree in mass communication and poli
 tical science from North Dakota State University and a master’s degree in 
 museum and field studies with a public/administrative emphasis from the Un
 iversity of Colorado-Boulder.
