 Cohort Facilitators</b>\n\nChristopher Johnson\, PhD\, MSW\, LCSW has been
  the chief executive officer of the Rape and Abuse Crisis Center since Jan
 uary 2014. Johnson earned a Bachelor’s of Social Work degree from Minnesot
 a State University Moorhead\, a Master’s of Social Work degree from the Un
 iversity of Minnesota and a Doctor of Philosophy in Education with a focus
  on Institutional Analysis from North Dakota State University. Prior to ta
 king the helm at RACC\, he held multiple direct practice and administrativ
 e roles focusing on case management\, group facilitation\, program evaluat
 ion / development and organizational leadership within various human servi
 ce organizations. Johnson has devoted time to teaching undergraduate cours
 es\, presenting to various stakeholder groups and serving on multiple comm
 ittees focused on promoting safe and healthy communities. He has extensive
  experience providing and evaluating trauma-informed programming with at-r
 isk and homeless youth and currently serves on the board of directors of C
 ouncil on Abused Women’s Services (CAWS). Chris lives in Fargo with his wi
 fe\, Ashley and their children Alexandra and Carter.\n\nDana Schaar Jahner
  is the executive director of the North Dakota Association of Nonprofit Or
 ganizations (NDANO). Prior to working with NDANO and other statewide assoc
 iations\, she was employed in the museum field in education and administra
 tion. She has a bachelor’s degree in mass communication and political scie
 nce from North Dakota State University and a master’s degree in museum and
  field studies with a public/administrative emphasis from the University o
 f Colorado-Boulder.
