  fundraising goals. The importance and influence of high net worth donors 
 has never been more significant.\n\nDuring this webinar\, Dianne Chipps Ba
 iley will present key findings of the U.S. Trust® Study of High Net Worth 
 Philanthropy\, including the diverse expressions of generosity by affluent
  donors. The findings offer practical insights into distinct donor groups 
 including millennials\, women\, LGBTQ and donors of color\, and help defin
 e what motivates high net worth donors to give and stop giving\, which org

 out The Presenter</u></b>\n<b>Dianne Chipps Bailey</b> is managing directo
 r and philanthropic consulting and advisory executive for Philanthropic So
 lutions at Bank of America. Her team delivers customized consulting and ad
 visory services to nonprofit and family office clients on strategic vision
 ing\, mission advancement\, risk management\, governance and board dynamic
 s. She is a frequent speaker and commentator on topics related to best pra
 ctices and trends in philanthropy. In her TEDx Talk\, she made “The Case f
 or Fierce Optimism.” \n\nDianne has more than 20 years of experience worki
 ng with nonprofits. Previously as an attorney\, her practice was dedicated
  to the representation of tax-exempt organizations\, and she advised a div
 erse group of nonprofits in all aspects of their organization\, administra
 tion and management. In addition\, she regularly was engaged as an expert 
 witness in state and federal litigation matters\, providing strategic coun
 sel and trial testimony. \n\nAs an active community leader\, Diane has ser
 ved on and chaired many nonprofit boards\, most recently including Discove
 ry Place and Women Executives. She is a founding member and past president
  of Women's Impact Fund and currently serves as vice chair of the Women's 
 Philanthropy Institute National Council. Her professional recognition incl
 udes a Charlotte Business Journal Women in Business Achievement Award and 
 the Leadership Charlotte Circle of Excellence Award. Dianne was named The 
 Mecklenburg Times 2015 Woman of the Year. She graduated\, with high honors
 \, from the University of California at Berkeley and\, cum laude\, from Ge
