 planning in your organization. You also will know the essential components
  of an effective succession plan and will be equipped to assess your organ
 ization's leadership continuity landscape.\n\nPart 2: Creating the Convers
 ation and Contingency Planning\nWednesday\, March 18\, 2020 | 2:00pm to 3:
 00pm Central Time.\nThis session will examine the first two options you ma
 y consider for beginning the succession planning process. It also introduc
 es two important lenses through which succession planning should be viewed
 : emotion and the relevance of diversity\, inclusion and equity. After com
 pleting this session\, you will be able to facilitate generative discussio
 ns about leadership continuity\, and prepare in concrete ways for unexpect
 ed leadership transitions.\n\n\nPart 3: Succession Planning Through Policy
 \, HR Practice\, and Strategic Planning\nWednesday\, March 25\, 2020 | 2:0
 0pm to 3:00pm Central Time.\nThis session presents the final three options
  for beginning the succession planning process and invites you to identify
  which approach you will take to initiate a culture of leadership continui
 ty in your organization. After completing this session you will be able to
  lead your board's adoption of key leadership succession policies and prac
 tices. You also will be equipped to convene a generative discussion about 
 using basic HR practices to support talent succession\, and use your organ
 ization's strategic plan to advance leadership continuity.\n\nAll sessions
  will be recorded and the recording will be available to all registered pa
 rticipants. Participants who are unable to attend one or more of the sessi
