  people access to tools and resources that will improve their lives or fur

 han ever that can facilitate live help for people who struggle to get the 
 information and services they need. Tech Impact will help you think throug
 h live video conferencing\, chat\, text messaging\, kiosks\, and the chall

 /b>\nThursday\, September 24\, 2020\n\n12-1:30 p.m. CT\n\nIn what ways can
  you provide forums for service recipients to talk to and help each other?
  Social media provides opportunities to both convene groups and to provide
  services\, but you’ll need to tend to these communities to ensure they fl
 ourish. After learning about building communities\, Tech Impact will wrap 
 up the course with an overview of what metrics you might want to track\, a
 nd a quick look at tools that help you determine the success of your tacti
 cs.
