 peaker:</b> Adam Jespersen\, MNA Director of Innovation\nJespersen joined 
 MNA in 2019 as its first Director of Innovation after more than a decade o
 f progressive experience in nonprofit management\, leadership\, fundraisin
 g\, and grant writing. Raised in rural Montana\, Jespersen received his ba
 chelor’s degree from Carroll College and his master’s in business administ
 ration from the University of Montana. Trained and experienced in lean man
 agement and person-centered design\, Jespersen is passionate about helping
  people\, teams and organizations across Montana find their stride in bein
 g more effective and impactful and has been recognized for his ability to 
 dive headlong into finding solutions and for his cooperative and thoughtfu
 l leadership approach. Jespersen lives in Helena with his wife and two dau
 ghters and enjoys hiking\, skiing\, and all that Montana has to offer.\n
