 d Post 9-11:</b> Understand how nonprofits responded when the country’s fo
 cus was elsewhere. What worked. What did not. And what insights will help 
 us make the right decisions today when it comes to keeping our current sup
 porters as well as attracting new\, like-minded individuals and companies.
 </li>\n<li> <b>Evaluating Current Tactics:</b> KNN will look at what is mo
 st likely to happen and why along with a series tough questions for that c
 an be applied to outreach strategies\, campaigns and events. Pepper in cas
 e studies from different sized organizations and the right decisions for y
 our organization’s challenges become more clear.</li>\n<li> <b>The Bigger 
 Picture:</b> In challenging times\, nonprofit volunteers and leaders must 
 come together around a process that organizes the outreach and stewardship
  of individual donors\, corporate sponsors\, volunteers and influencers. W
 alk through one model that works\, even when folks are social distancing.<
 /li>\n</ul>\n\nExamples and content will draw from various sized organizat
 ions in various sized markets. So\, no one will be left out of the convers
 ation. And board members are strongly encouraged to attend!\n\nAttendees w
