 s Virtual Cohort.\n\nThe strategic planning cohort is designed to guide or
 ganizational teams through a strategic planning process from start to fini
 sh over a four-month time horizon. The cohort will use resources from Stra
 tegic Planning in Nonprofits (SPiN)\, a toolkit to help nonprofits success
 fully complete strategic planning and will also include customized resourc
 es and consultations to right-size a process and plan for your organizatio
 n. The course will include training on strategic planning elements and on-
 going peer learning and support in small breakout groups. SPiN facilitator
 s will be available to answer questions in the large group learning space\

 between our 3rd and 5th sessions.  \n\n <b>About the Presenters:</b> \nKim
  Rakow Bernier\, M.P.A.\nKim is a social purpose consultant\, facilitator 
 and leadership coach who partners with leaders and organizations to bolste
 r their capacity to align people\, purpose and planning for impact and tra
 nsformation. She is a nonprofit practitioner and educator with over twenty
  years of experience and leadership in building the capacity of leaders an
 d organizations. Her specialties include strategy development and planning
 \, board development\, and leadership transition. She brings a strength's-
 based\, collaborative approach to her work that centers on building capaci
 ty within organizations and the individuals and teams that give them life.
  Kim is committed to creating inclusive and equitable spaces and systems. 
 Her early days as a Peace Corps volunteer shaped her still evolving passio
 n and accountability to locally owned\, and culturally relevant community 
 development and leadership.\n\nKim has a Master of Public Administration d
 egree and a Certificate in International Development Policy and Management
  from the Evans School of Public Affairs. She is also a certified professi
 onal leadership coach.\n\nSandra Amolo\nSandra was born and raised in Nair
 obi\, Kenya and immigrated to the United States when she was a teenager. S
 he has spent over 10 years working in nonprofits\, serving in communicatio
 ns\, farming\, youth advocacy and education\, human rights observation\, c
 ommunity organizing\, and nonprofit management. Sandra earned her BA in Bu
 siness Administration from Seattle University. \n\n\n\n
