 nd board development planning. \n\n<b>Presenter:</b> Amanda Ziebell Mawand
 a\nAmanda believes in the power of relationship and the ability of communi
 ties to solve the most pressing challenges we face. She has over a decade 
 of experience consulting with nonprofits\, faith-based groups\, schools\, 
 and governmental agencies around organizational leadership and health\, st
 rategy\, and network development. Amanda enjoys working with clients who a
 re committed to making a difference in their communities and is passionate
  about building common vision\, igniting creativity\, and unleashing energ
 y for positive change. As a doctoral candidate\, her research focuses on t
 ransformational leadership practices and learning communities. Amanda live
 s in the Corcoran neighborhood of Minneapolis\, where she grows and preser
 ves food from her community garden plot\, read poetry\, cook delicious mea
 ls for those she loves\, and create beautiful pieces of origami.
