 rlund are teaming up with MCN to offer monthly one-hour virtual supervisor
  coaching lab sessions to help you amplify your supervisor skills. Each se
 ssion is on the second Thursday of the month from 2-3 p.m. central (with t
 he exception of October and November which are on the third Thursday).\n  
      \nEach session will center on a specific supervision topic and will i
 nclude a mix of teaching and interaction. These labs will allow you to imm
 ediately apply skills or techniques to your work situation. They are geare
 d towards people who are new to supervision as well as those who want ongo
 ing content to renew their supervision practices. The labs are also releva
 nt for those who supervise volunteers. \n\nThe webinar on July 15 will foc
 us on developing awareness of the the different listening modes and learni
 ng and engaging listening skills to increase trust and improve your conver
 sations with staff. \n\n
