 ion and vision\, disclosures and reporting\, bylaws and policies\, the bas
 ics of planning for a vertically-aligned organization\, and more.\n\nSessi
 on 2: Wednesday\, February 14th from 11 a.m. - 11 p.m. This session will c
 over key roles of board and staff in finance\, human resources and resourc
 e development. At this session\, CNA will answer questions about who is re
 sponsible for what financially\, how well-meaning board members could cros
 s the yellow line into HR management and why this is a no-no\, and the imp
 ortance of the board’s fundraising responsibilities.
