 ts will also discuss generational stereotypes that exist. Additionally\, t
 hey will identify key characteristics of how they tend to work best. Final
 ly\, skills for effectively communicating and working across generations w
 ill be explored.\n\nTLS Approach\n\n- Provide opportunity for all particip
 ants to self-reflect\, understanding how they may individually approach ge
 nerational differences\n- Deepen understanding of similarities and differe
 nces within members of nonprofit organizations\, focusing on how these dif
 ferences may promote positive outcomes\n- Create a safe\, highly engaging 
 environment that allows open conversation and meaningful learning
