X-WR-CALDESC:Join NDANO in this partnered event with Michele Girard\, Ivanh
oe Development \n\nIn this webinar\, Ivanhoe Development (ID) will outline
its funding intersections tool\, the first step in the funding diversific
ation and portfolio-planning process. At the NDANO conference\, webinar at
tendees will build on their intersections work through attending ID's work
shop\, where we will be selecting financial tools for each organization's
portfolio and then building financially-centered partnerships. \n\nMost no
nprofit programs don’t focus on a single subject\, such as housing\, healt
h\, or education\; they address multiple social issues or “intersections.”
For example\, if a program provides behavioral health services to youth\,
this work may also impact a child’s educational outcomes\, violence preve
 ntion\, etc. \n\nIdentifying intersections helps to:\n\n1.	Ensure program d
esign is correctly addressing all community impacts\n2.	Uncover opportuniti
es for evaluation improvement and ensure all outcomes are being tracked\n3
.	Identify additional partners and/or funders\n\nThis is an active working
session\; we look forward to seeing you there!\n\nThis event is FREE for N
 DANO members!\n
