Many work environments are increasingly complex and uncertain, requiring high functioning teams. Effective teamwork and collaboration needs to be cultivated and given regular attention. This workshop helps team leaders develop shared leadership among team members and provides concrete tools for improving collaboration between team members.

This workshop is designed specifically for team leaders. It is one of MCN’s most popular trainings and consistently receives high evaluations. You will receive tools and ideas that you can immediately implement.

This is a six-hour virtual training spread over three two-hour sessions: July 15, 22, and 29 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. CT each day.

In this training, we’ll cover these topics and more:
Engaged team characteristics
Relationship System Intelligence
Co-creating effective team agreements
Cultivating trust among team members
Supervisor role in fostering engaged teams

Through this training, team leaders will:
Increase their understanding of the team as a separate entity that needs care and attention,
Acquire methods of creating shared accountability within teams,
Learn the latest research about what creates engaged teams, and
Gain skills in airing and resolving conflicts within a team.

Note: MCN also strongly recommends you take Practical Leadership 1.0: Supervising for Employee Engagement. While no material is repeated between the two courses, the curriculum of Practical Leadership 1.0 and 2.0 complements each other.

Dates

This six-hour training will be spread over three sessions on July 15, 22, and 29. Each of the three sessions will be from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Central Time.
