For many nonprofits, this is a busy time of budgeting for the coming Fiscal Year. TechImpact wants to help you with the arduous task of technology planning and budgeting for your nonprofit. They know that the effective use of technology can improve efficiencies, help better deliver on your mission, and spawn innovation. As technology advances, so should your IT budget.

In this session, TechImpact will discuss:
-Alignment of your IT budget to the organization's strategy
-Assessment of your current technologies
-Prioritizing expenditures
-Leveraging resources
-Walk through a sample budget worksheet that explores key buckets of tech spending

About the Presenter: Melanie Meyer - Technology Advisor at TechImpact
Meyer works with nonprofits to help elevate their technology use to further their mission. Previously, she served as director of marketing and technology for BVU, a Northeast Ohio nonprofit that works with businesses to optimize their community involvement and strengthen nonprofits through education, consulting, training and coaching. While at BVU, she convened national and local technology, digital marketing, and communication experts to help nonprofits put technology to greater use.
