Presenters will outline the steps to define an effective data strategy for CFOs, accountants, controllers and more, and help you identify your key data sources and provide tips to help you use your data effectively to drive results. They'll also share how data-driven organizations have outperformed their competition during the pandemic in decision-making, reporting to stakeholders, collaboration and overall business agility and resilience.

Presenters:
Nathan McMurtrey is a principal at Eide Bailly. He leads the Eide Bailly Analytics practice and helps organizations make the most of their data. He believes data can be an asset to any company, but it takes expertise and understanding to get a return on analytics. McMurtrey helps companies automate data preparation, build reports and dashboards, and consults on using data to make better decisions. He strives to guide clients to understanding on how using their data can help them achieve their business goals.

Josh Haines is an associate at Eide Bailly. He has experience in the entire data analytics stack, but specializes in data visualizations. Haines excels at taking messy data and creating pretty charts that lead to action. He strives to help clients find the real 'why' behind the problem at hand and understands common pitfalls and strategies within data analytics so organizations can rest assured he'll help you succeed.
