North Dakota SCORE's Workshop on Organizational Management
The North Dakota chapters of SCORE will present a workshop: Building Stronger Nonprofits: North Dakota SCORE's Workshop on Organizational Management. Seating will be limited at each of these locations, and SCORE will allow only two people per organization to attend in person. It will also be available via Zoom for those who cannot attend at one of the onsite locations.
Topics will include social entrepreneurship, business model canvas for entrepreneurs, board of directors – recruiting and engagement, strategic planning, grant writing, friend raising, volunteer recruitment, and marketing communications.
