Objectives
- Participate in self-reflection and learn about how a stress response impacts our responsible decision-making abilities
- Assess how one’s basic needs are met and how they may be in conflict with the needs of others, including colleagues, clients, and the larger community
- Identify habits and dispositions needed that promote resilience and responsiveness to internal and external stressors
