North Dakota Charitable Income Tax Credit Workshop

The Fargo-Moorhead Area Foundation is sponsoring a workshop focused on the North Dakota Charitable Income Tax Credit and its recent expansion on Wednesday, November 2, at the Fargo Holiday Inn.
Craig Johnson, planned giving consultant and attorney, Dick Anderson were instrumental in the development and passage of the 2005 legislation as well as the 2007 and 2011 expansion of the credit. They will present the opportunities and restrictions of the North Dakota Charitable Income Tax Credit for donors, nonprofit organizations, and those who work with them.
Two CLE or CPE credits are available through this workshop. There is a fee of $20 for the session, payable at the door. To register, please email stanna@areafoundation.org.
