Each time they gather, they will focus on a topic about nonprofit strategy, finance, or governance. For this time, we’ll spotlight budgeting with a specific emphasis on what it looks like to budget with a focus on equity. Some assume that equity has nothing to do with the accounting books, paying bills, or budgeting. But budgeting is value-based – how to use resources, share power, and engage folks in the process are all ways that we demonstrate our values.
