Young Professionals and Junior Boards: Beyond the Kid's Table to Meaningful Engagement

Thursday, June 10, 2021
1:00 pm2:00 pm

Presenter: Bloomerang
Cost: Free

Is your organization searching for new ways to leverage the passion, energy, and new perspectives of Gen Z, Millennials, and other up-and-coming young professionals? A junior board, young professionals group, or young friends circle could help you harness that energy to further your mission. As young professionals who have served both as members and staff managers of these groups, Sarah and Corinne will lead you through the research on Next Gen supporters, challenges to anticipate, and steps your organization can take to start a new young friends board from scratch OR to maximize the potential of your existing group.
After this webinar, participants will be able to articulate the main reasons young people are drawn to young friends groups and how they can help your organization achieve its mission. Upon completion, attendees should have some ideas to implement in their organizations – either to start their first young friends group, or to improve their existing program.

Other Info: This webinar will be recorded for future viewing. If you can't make it, go ahead and register anyway. You'll receive the recording a little later.
