NDANO is partnering with Nonprofit New York for a webinar on finding, evaluating and recruiting strong candidates for your nonprofit leadership. Nonprofit leaders need a strategy to find and keep board members who: care about the cause, have the needed or missing skills, understand their role, and can commit time and resources. This workshop will review key strategies around board recruitment and board member retention.
This training is targeted to executive directors, development directors, board chairs, and board nominating/governance committee chairs responsible for recruiting effective board members. It will include engaging interactive elements and a robust Q&A.
