In this workshop, MCN will delve into the qualities, values, and benefits of facilitative leadership. MCN will explore its relevance in our ever-evolving workplaces, considering whether and how this leadership style supports leaders during times of continuous change and complexity. Participants will discuss content in small and large groups and apply it in real time to their own situations.
