For 21 years, River Keepers has advocated sustainable use of the Red River of the North. River Keepers promotes river safety, water education, water quality, river recreation, riparian restoration and more. It works with hundreds of volunteers to conduct a youth water festival, restore degraded riverfronts, do water quality monitoring and conduct river clean-ups. River Keepers continues to make significant progress in helping the Fargo-Moorhead community understand the value and importance of the Red River.
