Finding the Time and the People: How to Include Proactive Research in Your Workload
This FREE seminar is presented by the American Prospect Research Association (APRA) - Minnesota Chapter.
There is great value in proactive research; actually executing proactive research can be a challenge. The speaker will discuss how to implement and build a comprehensive proactive research program. You’ll also learn various methods for identifying prospects to research, including techniques that can be used by organizations with or without an alumni base. There will also be discussion on ways to make time for proactive research.
This presentation will address: 1) Potential sources for identifying prospects, with special attention to institutions without an Alumni base; 2) Tips for conducting research on proactively identified prospects; 3) Techniques for dealing with time management issues; and 4) Ideas for implementing a proactive research plan.
