Lauri Dahlberg, PHR, SHRM-CP, Human Resources Consulting Manager | Eide Bailly
Dahlberg has more than 30 years of experience with human resources, providing services to clients within a variety of industries. She guides clients to develop best practices and processes for recruitment, on-boarding, performance management and compensation so that they can be successful with employee retention. Dahlberg also performs personnel file audits and develops policies and/or employee handbooks to assist clients with compliance on the HR side of their business. With a passion for helping others understand and navigate the various HR policies and requirements, she can guide your people-practices to new heights.

Lisa Fitzgerald, SPHR, Chief Human Resources Officer
Fitzgerald guides the Eide Bailly Human Resources Department and uses her leadership to provide strategic direction to the firm and its executives. She's responsible for keeping partners and staff in the loop as things change, and she's also involved with launching Human Resources Consulting for the firm. Fitzgerald's role means she helps the firm's partners and staff to do their jobs and assist our clients, whatever their needs. She's experienced in all things human resources and enables everyone else to focus on their work.
